  Hallowe'en will be leaving the Spiral soon!
All good things must come to an end, and Spooky Bob and his friends will be leaving the Spiral on November 2nd, so you only have a few days to complete your Hallowe'en quests! Any incomplete Hallowe'en quests will disappear on the 2nd along with all the Hallowe'en decorations.

  Message from Marleybone
Marleybone may be a world of dogs, cats, and proper manners, but it is also one of change.

The Marleybonians are constantly experimenting with new technologies and innovations. That is why you can now find the Teleport Devices first seen in Grizzleheim adapted to serve the purpose of transporting young Wizards to all corners of this world.

Change has also come to the creatures of Marleybone. They've caught on that young Wizards have been avoiding their grasp by staying close to the center of the rooftops and have moved their patrols closer to the center in hopes of trapping more Wizards. And while we all know that rooftops don't have sidewalks, this does open up the areas near the edges of the buildings so that young Wizards can continue to rely on their learned habit of staying outside of the danger areas in Wizard101.

Some older Wizards will have to unlearn their previous navigation tactics in Marleybone, but travel along the rooftops should be less treacherous and more intuitive for young Wizards just entering this world of the Spiral.

  The Case of the Missing Wizards
Update! All characters have now been located and returned to their classrooms! Thank you for your patience and understanding while we fixed this bug.
After the update, some players found that their Wizards were absent.
We're aware of these reports and looking into the cause right now.

Please be patient while we track down this rather scary bug, but rest assured we are working hard to restore your temporarily missing characters.

  Wizard101 Scheduled Maintenance
Wizard101 the game will be offline from (approximately) 3am to 6am Central US Time on October 16 2009 to add Mounts and many new features to the game.

During this time, players will be unable to log in to the game, and active players will be prompted to log out. Our website may also experience interruptions in service during this downtime, and the Test Realm will not be available.

Thank you for your patience while we improve the performance of the game for all of our players.

  Test Realm Re-Opens
We have reopened our Test Realm for Members and Crowns players who have made a purchase in the last 30 days.

A Test Realm is a copy of the Live Wizard101 game that has new enhancements to the game that we want you to test out. If you find a bug in a new system, please use the in-game Bug Report button to submit it.

Here is a link to all the new systems that are being tested on this Test Realm, so please focus your efforts on these new systems.
