Is the book floating over some wizards heads appearing after you complete the books of magic quest ? I completed quest and got all my rewards. If so, I don't see a book over my wizard though it does flash in and out at times. Is this my video card acting up ?
When you see the book appear over another Wizard's head, it means they are looking at their menu, either their backpack, spell deck, options or any other section of their menu.
You see your own disappear quickly when you close that same menu.
