Master Diplomat badge doesn't work, so I can't get

I have most certainly completed Colossus Boulevard, but I haven't gotten my Master Diplomat badge. Without it I can't become a Savior of Wizard City. Any ideas as to how can I get it? (I already talked to Merle Ambrose).

Did you finish the quest fo Kirby Longspear yet? You should get the Master Diplomat badge after you've done all his quest. I got the Savior of Wizard City badge after defeating Sunken City. IDk if there are othere ways of getting that badge

you have to defent lord nightshade then talk to merle ambrose
