Beastmoon Hunt queue issues

I've been unable to join Beastmoon for a while now and I always assumed the game mode had been dying out as I'd be the only player waiting in queue. However, I asked around and found others were joining games.

About 2 weeks ago I emailed support with the vague answer of "It works for others and we detect no issues at this time" but I was clearly not getting into matches. I'd sit in queue for hours at a time waiting to no avail.

I've seen devs respond asking if the player was muted or whatnot. I am not muted. I've been punished once and that was over a year ago but since then I've had access to Beastmoon. This does not carry over to Deck-a-thon as I have no issues that occur there.

Can a developer provide assistance? I'm happy to provide more info if needed.
