Just started Novus today. I am as far as the Banana Forest.

Love the references I've caught thus far. Especially the MC Escher house (thought hated going through it)

Why do I have the feeling that Moo Bu is a reference I'm NOT getting,

My best guess is that moo bu is a reference to Lu Bu the the historical/mythical Chinese general. Who was considered a powerful hero.

I loved the "Man from Delmonte" reference from those old TV ads. Made me chuckle.
