When do we get loyalty tokens?

Nobody I know seems to know when we are supposed to get loyalty tokens. Some say monthly yet from my own experience they seem to be staggered at irregular intervals. Is it when our membership renews each month? Is it the first of the month? Can one of the moderators/admin tell us?

On the first and the day it would've refreshed (so if it refreshes on the fourth you get some on the fourth alongside the first)
