When I attempt to create TCs at the battle crafter on raid island, the 'create' button is not active. It seems that people who are able to craft varies. Some users said one of their characters could and other characters could not. My cantrip level is 7 and I see the recipe icon on the spells indicating I have all I need to create them, but the create button is just greyed out and does not give a reason why I cannot use the button.
