Cantrips

I was wondering what level we get the quest for cantrips. I have a life wizard almost level 25 but haven't gotten the quest to get cantrips yet. I have a higher wizard that has it but I can't remember what level he got them.

You are almost there! Level 25 you'll be able to speak with Abner K. Doodle in the Commons who will you the Cantrips 101 quest.

Thank you. I reached level 25 today and got the quest. I just thought I got it sooner on my previous wizard.
