Is The Mightier Quill Available Through Daily Assignments
I read on a forum from long ago that you can get the wand through daily assignment chests. Is this true? The wiki doesn't say it does, though I find it's not always up to date. Does anyone know of any in game methods to get the mightier quill besides empowers / bazaar farming?

It would be wonderful to be able to get the mightier quill from daily reward chests and other ways but I'm not aware of any. I've been wanting several of them for a few years now for a decor project. This is just one example of the general issue that it's very frustrating when there are items in the game that are basically unobtainable.
