I lost my main quest at level 9 talking to master ambrose
I lost my main quest talking to master ambrose before going into night side cave under the watefall in commons. I have leveled up to level 12 still nothing. I tried quest find nothing either. Not sure what to do now. I emailed customer support, still no answer for more than 5 days now. Please help

Go talk to him again and see if he has it. You can also use the Quest Finder Option in your quest book to try and locate it. If neither of those seem to work, wait for a response from Customer Service and they'll be able to help you.
