I just hit level 60 on my myth and as many know, that means waterworks opens up. My issue is that after speaking with Blad and getting the quest to speak to Herman, I go to Crab Alley and finish the quest (of speaking with him) but, he doesn't have the quest to start waterworks. He just tries to give me the crab alley main questline. So I don't know what to do now. I know that finishing crab alley is not required to do waterworks because I just did WW on my life and ice a couple months ago and neither of them did the crab alley questline, so I'm really frustrated with this. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated!
