I have a quest to do the Obelisk Rubbing, but for some reason I can't get in.
I have done near all quests in Krokotopia.
Tome of the Fang.

Also can't get all the beetles either, can't get into the Tomb of Storm, Well of Spirits, Emperor's Retreat.

Can I get some help please.

These are the only 2 quests I have to do.
