1. you can only put on house in your shared bank at a time? it's certainly not a room in your bank issue and it's not a space in the database issue. Why would it matter?
2. You have to wait for months after transferring a house from one character on your account to another character on the SAME account?
3. You can't transfer certain pets. They're not unique, nothing special about them, lots of others exactly like them in the game but for some reason they have the "no trade" flag.
