Hello! Yes, the pre-quests for Karamelle were removed. They were just teasers to get people excited for the new world before it came out. I'm sad about it because my fire won't be able to do them when she gets to that level.
It would be fun if they kept the prequests. I know they've removed some of the old ones for other worlds as well. I wonder if it would be possible to have an NPC that is just full of anachronistic old prequests lol. I know there are many people that are interested in doing the Celestia one....

TBH I think that's a good use for the Professor - it would fit his character!
