I try to do the daily assignment each - however, it has happened twice now with my fire character that I have been sent on assignment to worlds I do not have have access to - meaning the character has not made it to that area in the game yet . Not sure if this is a glitch - or the assignment is based on level only (not where the character is actually at in the game). The fire character in question is a at 138 - but is just starting Reverie in Empheria . The assignment was in Aero plain.
