Not getting Zander level 108 quest

I reached level 108 before I had access to the Arcanum, and Zander summoned me for the level 108 spell quest. Now that I can go to the Arcanum, I went to Zander but he has no quest for me (excluding the Polaris storyline quest). I'm confused. Did I miss something?

There is a quest you have to complete first, its on a Blaze Lifehammer video, I will check it and tell you, spoiler below.

The spell is wings of fate, it heals and attacks at same time

FIGURED IT OUT

There are arcanum side quest each teacher gives you, you go to Avalon and Zafaria, once you complete them, then you can get the 108 spell

I think my previous replied did not make it, so despite having to be level, you need to complete a series of arcanum quest where you talk to all the teachers in the arcanum and they give you a quest that involves going back to Avalon and Zafaria
