I have been playing this game since 2009, and for whatever reason years ago I decided I wanted to put a master password on my account. I have no memory of what I made the password, and at the time I used my mother's email address for the master password. I am now well over the age of 18 and I would like to remove the master password from my account to make in-game purchases with my card, however I cannot seem to get it removed because my mother does not have access to that decade-old email account.
I am deathly afraid of my account being banned if I send an email directly to K.I. but I don't know what else to do at this point.
Please help me unlock my password?!
p.s. I do have access to my email that is NOT the master email.
