Hello, I have emailed multiple times about an issue I have with my account, but I haven't gotten a reply yet. I thought maybe the staff was busy with the Spring test realm, which I understand, but I haven't even gotten a confirmation email saying that my ticket was received. Is this a problem on my end? Why am I not even getting a confirmation email? :(
I have been emailing KI help the past few days but I have not received confirmation emails for any of them nor replies in 24 hours. Have I somehow been blocked from sending emails to KI?
Hello! If you received a support ticket # email, you can reply to that email to inquire about the status of your inquiry.
If you did not receive a support ticket # email at all, then please try contacting us using a different email domain, such as gmail instead of yahoo. Ideally, please use the email associated with your game account.
