Cant get crafting or raging bull quest from ignus ferric?
Level 110 fire here. Im on the quest "desert star" but I still cant get rafting or raging bull quest from ignus ferric? When i go to him it just shows the recipes?

You need to be at the almost the end of Polaris to get your Raging Bull spell. Keep checking back with him. There are specific milestones in the quest lines. Sometimes the notifications don't appear when they should. Ignore the level you need to be. You will get your Mirage spell at almost the end of Mirage. Your Scion spell happens at the end of Empyrea part one.
The crafting quest is also based on milestones in the quest chain.
