Can't enchant Scorpion spell anymore?

I'm probably not the only person who likes to have a couple of two pip hit in side deck, and for Balance wizards that is Scorpion.

Why am I not allowed to pre-enchant that spell anymore?

With the spellment system now in place there are no longer any pre-enchantments.

I can pre-enchant any of my school spells except for scorpion

It might mean that Scorpion is slated for an upgrade in Spellwriting. Spells enhanced by Spellwriting cannot be enchanted with Sun School cards.
