I have gotten to Frigid Maw and am stuck. Where do I go from here? My quest finder says to speak to Reddin in the mountains and I can't find a way there . HELP, PLEASE! Thank You.

I believe that Reddin only offers you a side quest. What other quests do you have in your quest book? It should be the one with the yellow stars next to the quest name. If you don't have any quests there, then perhaps consider contacting KI support to check whether a bug occurred causing you to lose the main quest.
