Locked Account After Purchase?

I just got a new membership added from a pre-paid card onto my account - all purchasing done by close family so nothing fishy was to happen. I activated the card, it worked, but when i went to log in in-game it said my account was locked and i need to type in a code shown [like a captcha] and then enter my username and password, but the page with the captcha code keeps refreshing automatically over and over before i get a chance to type anything in. what can i do?

Hm, sounds like something fishy is going on. I would suggest contacting support.

Tell them exactly what happened, including the card that was redeemed. Be sure the email attached to your account is up to date as they will reply by email.
