Hi, i've been having problems opening the launcher. Everytime i try and open it, it opens for about 3-5 seconds and then automatically closes. After about a minute, it says something around "problem opening launcher, please run the installer again". I've done that multiple times and it still wont open. Is there a possible solution to this? Im trying to run it on a pretty much brand new windows 10 laptop.
Now it works but only when i first install. If i exit out of the game and try to go back in, it wont work. Please help, i dont want to have to keep reinstalling it.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times it still says unable to launch game and to download and reinstall game. already contacted support and still tried what they suggested and still nothing.
