How do I finish Kembaalung?

I'm on the final battle of Hollow Mountain and I only have Tonkatsu left to defeat, i've gotten the three bowls. For reminder he has 2.9k health and every round an extra balance spell is done against all players.
I am a level 42 fire and I have been using a strategy of going in with only blades, traps, tower shields, three helephants and one phoenix, and then the centaur spell for healing. I can't seem to get close. Any suggestions?

I had to team up to finish. I couldn't solo this Boss.

If you need help, I can do so if we can find a mutual time.
