help I cant get in to chelsea chourt like I did all the hyde park quests and the lady who is suppose to give me the ticket will not give it to me so I can get it wizard 101 I was wondering if you could help me with this and make her give me the ticket please

If you have finished all Main Story Line quests in Hyde Park, you need to talk to Sherlock Bones in Digmoore Station. He will then give you the quest to get a Ticket to Chelsea Court. If you are not able to talk to Sherlock then you missed something in Hyde Park.
