Dorm transfers

There was a time when one could swap 2 wizards between 2 family accounts, but it cannot be done any more. Is this because of changes in the game or the rules?

I never recall you being able to transfer wizards (Characters) between accounts without the help of kingsisle support. Did you mean something else?

Character transfers are still available. Please make sure you read up on the requirements.
