i have not got sand of time area

Hi all,

i have completed mirage with my membership and i planed to buy Rubal wastes and Caterwaul canyons and Chronoverge rather than that Eerem palace and Chronoverge. Here a problem i got after i purchased Rubal wastes, caterwaul canyons and Chronoverge.
Chronoverge consist of sand of time but while i try to enter that place again it asks me to buy that place and Eerem palace.
So my premium area purchase in mirage got useless.
I have mailed to Wizard101 but they not fixing this issue and they saying me to buy this sand of time area again.

I feel very sad on this part after i been in this game for 5 years.

Please reply here if you fellow wizards too got problem like this???

You need to take it up with support@wizard101.com. No one on the boards are going to be able to help you fix the problem.

I have contacted to that mail id and they are not helping me. They saying me to buy that area again.
