Make the new level 120 gear TRADE-ABLE

I was dissapointed to find out that a battle from the Sands of Time area dropped me some very good storm boots on my balance.....but they were no trade. Please make the gear trade-able so I can trade it to my other wizards.

Other than that it completely useless because I can't equip it.
