Way back in the old days there used to be a couple of old spells that have since been removed. Among these is one called Dampen Magic. Essentially, this spell limited the spells that could be cast down to 3 pips. So no spells that are over that. I think that this would make an interesting PVP-type or Boss battle. Neither you nor the boss could use spells over 3 pips (maybe we could up it to 4, but no more) I think it would be a great side boss maybe for another dungeon or something (Wysteria Expansion please?) and not necessarily for a main storyline quest. The boss would probably have to have somewhat lower health (10,000 or less). What do you think of this idea?
