I am at level 20 with my balance wizard and have yet to get permission to enter Colossus Blvd. I have no quests remaining in WC and have been a member for at least a year. I have three level 150 wizards, so I have been here before. I suppose I do not need to complete the quests of CB in order to progress, but I would like easier access other than porting to a friendly. Before you ask, yes I have killed every boss in WC at least twice.
