My original Topic for this bug was ongoing for 4 months and then it got Closed. It was said it is considered a recognizable bug way back then... it is abruptly 6 months later and it never got fixed!
The bug is this - I fill my backpack to hatch and receive a brand new pet. That new pet goes to my bank but does not go in my Pet Tome. My pet counter does not go up.
On a side note - it would be nice if you would not close a thread when the issue has not been fixed yet.
