I have a friend who wants to join me in Wizard101, but when he goes to download the game it pops up an error. I went to the download page just to check and it gives me the same error. Is this normal or something to do with the maintenance?

This issue haas been resolved. My friend said "it finally worked" exactly 5 minutes after I posted it.
