AT Halloween Jack Hallow is in the Commons with many quests. One states" Have ye conquered he masters of haunted towers? Return t' me when ye've survived their dark powers." I proceed to Ravenwood to the haunted towers and Malorn Ashtorn explains the 3 towers. I complete the 3 towers and return to Jack Hallow as his initial quest states. There is no longer a question mark above his head. There is no reward from him. So why return to Jack Hallow??? Either give a reward from Jack or replace the second sentence of "return t'me" with " Go talk to Malorn Ashtorn for information about the haunted towers. " Very misleading!
