Hi, I've noticed this issue appear several times in the last month (for the first time, possibly since the update but definitely only since the Spiral Scene event started). When I go to Castle Tours and attempt to visit a top rated house, the first time I try since logging in I always receive the message "Unable to find your zone server (connect too long?)" and then I automatically get sent back to the character screen/prompted to quit. Upon reloading my character, I get credit for my Spiral Scene event immediately, don't load into the house, and reload immediately in the Castle Tours area, and if I attempt to visit the same house again, I don't receive the same problem and can access it just fine.
