Often I am part of a team, or creating a team, and we have 2 or 3 players but not a full lobby.
It should be an option to queue up as a team so that we're not playing fast-fingers to make sure we all get into the same lobby. Whether at the kiosk or at the dungeon entrance itself.
I should be able to select my friends that are part of my group to join as part of an (initially closed) team-up invite, and when the group is filled, THEN the invite goes public and we can fill the remaining spaces without worrying about leaving out a player.
