Obsidian’s Tomb?

I’m currently doing the Obsidian’s Tomb dungeon and I’ve pretty much finished— except I can’t get into the final room? I’ve tried porting in and out again and checking the room for a puzzle, but nothing?? Help lol

I mean the last room has no fight and ends when u empty the tomb there so maybe you already completed the quest
