Critical heal nerf

Nerfing crit heals at 1.3x is just too low no life is gonna wanna run healing set ups basically players and the community have bern asking for it to be 1.75 or like 1.8 1.3x really takes away lifes identity as a healing school

Yeah life has been pretty bad as a school lately.
