Hello all, this isn't of huge concern but I though it better to say something just in case. I logged into wizard today and had a notification that I was muted for 14 hours (again not really a big deal), the problem is I don't know why. From looking at other forums I know there should be an email containing details, but there isn't (I double check my registered email on the site and everything). I just don't like knowing, and if I was hacked or something then Id rather know sooner than later (or maybe it was just a mistake). I normally play alone and rarely chat with people as a result. About the worst thing I've done is call my sister a 'nerd' over private message (and we often joke like this so I find it weird that this happened now, over a week since I last played with her in game), and I really hope that doesn't qualify me for a chat ban lol. So if there is any insight on how to proceed I would be very grateful! Was in the middle of running darkmoor for the first time so no chat is a little debilitating, but it will be gone tomorrow so I can wait. Thank you in advanced!

I decided to resubscribe to the game after a five year absence (which itself followed another five year absence!), due to having a job and more stability now. But shortly after doing so, I've apparently been muted - I logged in tonight to spot a 12 hour mute! What gives?

Neither my master parental e-mail nor the core account e-mail had any notification of why this would be.
