Does Akilles still drop bolt blade?

I noticed you can't buy bolt blade anymore and i've been grinding Akilles for a while now and haven't gotten it. Does he still drop it?

Welcome to the Forums!

Being a crowns only item, the drop rates for these are extremely lower when compared to other items.

But he still does drop it.

Prince Aka Karanahn in Karanahn Palace, Krokotopia also has a chance of dropping it as well.
