Is loremaster still dropping the reindeer knight spell for the Christmas in July 2020 event?
Also, is it still in the Christmas packs available with this event, I've been spamming the packs its supposedly in and not even got a spellement, tc, or the spell. If so, which pack?

Yep! They are included as long as the Christmas holiday is turned on.
