I was questing in Dragonspire and was about to get the quest to go to the dragon and flay over to malistaire. But when I completed the quest and talked to Ashley I didn't get the quest to go to malistarie. I didn't get any quest. Also when I try to talk to ashley i can't. Plz help

The quest you're talking about is "The Final Countdown" which requires you to ride a dragon "Young Battledrake" then after you ride it you have to kill Malistair then talk to merle ambrose in the commons if you can't find the quest you can use wiz101folio dragonspyre quest tree
