I have posted on this a couple of times over the last 10 Years and no fix or reply. black Annie battle in Lake shore pulls you into an empty battle sigil after the fight is over; you can not port out or flee. the only option is to exit game. This happens when playing solo, not sure if happens on team. It has happened to every one of my characters (6) each time. there is a black crow located inside you need to grab so this is a terrible bug.
