Same. I don't see where the focus is. As far as I see, most of the players in the game are PVE. I would love a larger variety of situationally useful spells to avoid the post level ~55 flowchart of blade feint AOE hit. I think that allowing the PVP only spells to be used in PVE could be a tremendous addition to the game. I don't understand why they're PVP locked when they could add so much more depth into the game.
