So, I'm at the rank I need to be to craft this recipe, but I wanted to know the best places to farm Red Mandrake, Shadow Oil, and Fossils.
I also have no idea how to get the "Reshuffle card" for this recipe.

Harold Argleston, the librarian in the wizard city sells reshuffle Treasure Cards, also they are in the bazaar sometimes.
