As you are probably aware BM badges are a nightmare for bad collectors, every new form adds 5 more. Given the limitations in earning lunari I could probably do BM for the next 20 years and never finish.
Not only that, BM is almost 25% of total badges available now, so here is my suggestion:
1 badge per form that changes as you level it, much like pvp ranks. Not the simplest thing to accomplish perhaps, but worth it in the long term I would think.
