mander-at-arms does not drop decks yet i got one
also he does not drop hats yet i got one

he also is supposed to drop Hierarch's Deadly Talisman, yet in several fights none has dropped
I have also done the other ways to get the Talisman , but no luck so far

I am trying to get the mass death trap

Central drops are player reported drops. They are not official by KI. They also could have added more items to the drop pool.
