Dr Von Katzenstein is missing from Scotland yard for when you first receive the death spell quest he is not in the cell in Scotland yard where he should be, i switch between all my characters and he is not there on any of them????? Not to sure what to do but i cant progress with getting the spell if he is not there to where i can interact with him.
