Can't See Prospector Zeke!

I can't see Prospector Zeke or Eloise in the Commons for some reason. They just aren't there and I can't interact with them. This prevents me from getting the Smiths quest from Zeke on the new character I made. Please help!

You have to finish Unicorn Way, or a little further before you can see them.

Try progressing some more in the storyline first.

Or,

Try changing realms.

Logging in and out might alter this issue as well.
