It might be possible if you had three other wizards in there with you and one is a healer. And your Storm hid in the back corner, quietly setting up a super-hit. And/or if your Storm had super health and/or resist in his gear. (Rattlebones and his Fairy Queen hit HARD.)
...And if you're really lucky.
But in all honesty, I think it would be really risky to try that battle without at least crafted Khrysalis gear and/or Darkmoor gear. They give enough resist and damage boosts to help a Storm get through. So basically I'm suggesting you wait until level 95 or so.
