Best place to get fulgurite and/or glass sliver?

Is there an area where I can find a lot of fulgurite or a creature that drops glass sliver fairly frequently?

The burrows in mirage is a good place for fulgurite (plus there are also three antique spawns, two wooden chest and a sandstone spawn there)

You can find fulgurite in all the outdoor, sandy areas of Mirage. Glass slivers are rare harvests from the fulgurite.
